guarantee that any product will always be in stock.

price, even after the order has been confirmed.

appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or contain errors. Once your
order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If we cancel
an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. PAYMENT

shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that
you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our products are shipped from overseas partner warehouses. Estimated
delivery times are shown at checkout and on product pages, and typically
range from 2 to 4 weeks. These are estimates only and are not
guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping
carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond
our control.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your purchase may be subject to import duties,
taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These
charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
our prices or shipping costs.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part
of these Terms. In general, if you are not happy with your order,
contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement
or refund. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo
within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — no need to send
the item back.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images,
and the store name, is the property of The Little Swaps Shop or its
licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our
